Alt TitleCitizens of Cape Coral-Fort Myers are no different than anyone else when it comes to being impacted by this recession. In these economic times, it becomes more important to prioritize our spending. This is particularly true when it comes to the necessary parts of our budgets such as the amount we spend on food.

Many people I know have been eating out less these days as an attempt to reduce their overall spending. This doesn’t have to be as much of a “chore” as some would make it. In fact, you should look at this as an opportunity to improve your cooking skills and to be able to experiment with different dishes.

To help you build confidence in your culinary skills, I’ve decided to share a web page that one of my fellow directory owners created that offers a wide variety of recipes and menus that will turn your cooking into a real adventure.

As one of your neighbors in Cape Coral, I’d like to offer you a host of delicious recipes absolutely free. Many of these recipes are often sold on the internet as “information products” but because these are such unusual times, I thought I’d provide you with enough recipes to allow you to make a different meal every night and save a fortune at the same time.

For those of you who are health conscious, there is a complete recipe collection from the Atkins diet. There are also recipes for those who love to go camping. One that I found amusing was a recipe that included the ingredients of “twice as many squirrels as chickens”.

There are even some recipes for the kids. Let’s all take advantage of these times to bond with our children in a meaningful way. Get into the kitchen and cook with them! I promise you, they will remember these times as some of the best of their lives.

Enjoy your free recipes. You can download them at http://www.directoryofirving.info/recipes

If you would like to share your own favorite family recipes to help others in our community send them to me (support@directoryofcapecoral.com) and I will consider them for future blog posts. You can also recommend your favorite recipes from the list I’m providing in the comment section below. I’d love to hear from you.

Bon appetit!
